What Google Cloud services do you set up for small teams?

Lean, production-ready setups: Cloud Run for services, Firestore for data, BigQuery for analytics, and only the IAM you actually need. We avoid over-engineering: you get infrastructure a small team can run without a dedicated platform engineer.

Can you migrate our on-premises infrastructure to Google Cloud?

Yes. We assess before touching anything, scope and price the migration up front, then build, validate, and hand over. The goal is a migration that keeps running after we leave, not one that needs us forever.

Do you implement Gemini and AI on Google Cloud?

Yes. We deploy Gemini Enterprise and build AI automations, wiring Gemini, Claude, or open-source models into Sheets, Slack, support inboxes, and internal workflows. These are built to run in production, not just demo.

How do you keep Google Cloud costs under control?

We right-size resources, use serverless where it fits (Cloud Run, Firestore), apply only the IAM and services you need, and set up security and cost controls so spend stays predictable as you grow.

Are you affiliated with Google?

No. Guanacos Tech is an independent consultancy. We architect, migrate and run Google Cloud for our clients with Google-certified engineers, and we answer to you, not to Google.

Build on Google Cloud, the right way.

We help you put Google Cloud to work: enterprise AI with Gemini, automation of the workflows that drain your team, modern infrastructure, and clean migrations off on-premises. Production-ready, not slides.

01 · What we help with

Six ways we put Google Cloud to work.

Enterprise AI

Gemini Enterprise

Enterprise AI on Google Cloud with Gemini models and Vertex AI. We build enterprise search and assistants grounded on your own data (so answers come from your documents, not guesses), with security, privacy, and governance built in.

Automation

AI automations

We automate the real workflows that eat your team's week. Document processing, customer support, data pipelines, and AI agents: designed, built, and wired into your tools on Google Cloud services so the work runs itself.

Infrastructure

Infrastructure modernization

Move off brittle, hand-managed servers and onto infrastructure that scales and stays cheap. Containers and GKE, serverless with Cloud Run, managed databases, and the networking, reliability, and cost optimization that keep it healthy.

Migration

On-premises to cloud migration

Get out of the server closet without the drama. We run the assessment and landing zone, decide lift-and-shift vs re-platform per workload, migrate data and network safely, and cut over in phases with minimal downtime.

Data & analytics

BigQuery & analytics pipelines

Your answers are trapped in operational databases and spreadsheets. We pipe them into BigQuery, model them properly, and put the results where decisions happen: dashboards, Looker Studio, or a plain-language question answered by Gemini.

Governance

Security & cost control

Cloud spend creeps and access sprawls, quietly, until it hurts. We right-size IAM to least privilege, lock down service boundaries, and put budgets, alerts, and rightsizing reviews in place so the bill and the blast radius both stay small.

02 · Built to last

Infrastructure that scales and stays cheap.

Modernization is not a rewrite for its own sake. We profile what you run today, move the right workloads to containers, serverless, or managed services, and tune for reliability and cost, so the platform gets simpler and the bill goes down, not up.

The same discipline carries into migration: a clear landing zone, a per-workload call on lift-and-shift versus re-platform, and a phased cutover your users barely notice.

03 · How we work

A short, honest engagement.

Assess before we touch anything

A free discovery call, then a clear read on your workloads, data, and where the real wins are. No platform gets changed before we agree on the plan.

Scope and price up front

You know the number and the milestones before work starts. Fixed pricing wherever possible; hourly engagements scoped explicitly.

Build, validate, hand over

We ship in phases, validate every cutover, and leave you documentation and access, never a black box you can't run without us.

Bilingual, reachable, certified

English, Spanish, or mixed. Same team, same response time. Engineers who hold Google Cloud certifications behind every engagement.
