Who we are

Guanacos Tech provides email deliverability consulting and a set of free, self-serve diagnostic tools. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, how it is stored, and how you can request access to or deletion of your data. What we collect and why

Free diagnostic tools

The three free tools — the deliverability check, the header analyzer, and the DMARC analyzer — collect the email address you provide and the data you submit for analysis:

• Deliverability check: your email address and the domain you ask us to assess.
• Header analyzer: your email address and the raw email headers you paste in.
• DMARC analyzer: your email address and the DMARC aggregate (XML) report you submit.

We use this information to generate your report, to email the results to the address you provide, and to follow up with you about relevant services. To avoid re-running the same query, reports may be cached briefly.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, and message. We use this to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about our services.

Technical metadata

For each submission we log technical metadata — IP address, user agent, approximate location, and referrer — to enforce rate limits and to prevent abuse of the tools.

How your data is stored

Submissions from the tools and the contact form are stored as a lead in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). We retain this data to deliver your report, to operate the tools, and to follow up with you about services.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session interactions and heatmaps. These services are set via cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Processors and subprocessors

We rely on the following providers to operate this site and deliver reports:

• Google — Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions, Cloud Firestore, and Google Workspace / Gmail for sending email.
• Microsoft — Clarity analytics.

Access and deletion

To request access to the data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email info@guanacostech.com and we will respond promptly.
